Founded in 2003 with the first project ‘Paul Smruti’ in Nandakhal Virar, Sadiccha Construction has grown into a trusted name in residential and civil construction. With a strong focus on quality and reliability, we have completed over 20 projects, including 15 bungalows within the first three years of operation. Our journey spans two decades of excellence, experience in India and the Gulf region, and a commitment to delivering projects that exceed expectations

A Legacy of Experience and Dedication
Our journey has been one of growth, learning, and reinvention. After establishing Sadiccha Construction in India, we expanded our expertise abroad, working with industry leaders in the UAE and Qatar. From 2006 to 2019, our founder honed skills with renowned companies like Al Habtoor Engineering and CDCT, gaining global insights and best practices. Upon returning to India in 2019, Sadiccha Construction resumed operations with a renewed focus and completed 21 projects by 2024, including turnkey bungalows and civil projects
